Pickscan helps online store owners catch picking mistakes before orders leave the building. Each item is checked by barcode against the order as it is picked, so a wrong product or quantity is flagged on the warehouse floor rather than discovered by your customer. Pickscan opens from your site dashboard with your unfulfilled orders ready to pick. Your team can scan with the camera on an iPhone, iPad or Android phone, or with a dedicated Android scanning device. When an order is packed, Pickscan marks it as fulfilled in your store. It is designed for small teams and busy warehouses alike. You can pick single orders or batches grouped by shipping method, and run separate picker and packer stations from one shared order pool. Stock checks by barcode keep your store's stock counts up to date, and the activity log shows who picked and packed each order and when. PIN-protected staff accounts and order locking help stop two people working on the same order. Every plan includes unlimited devices and users. You can start on the free plan with 50 orders a month and upgrade as your order volume grows.
