SlotPilot helps appointment businesses manage people waiting for a suitable booking. Add a waitlist form to a site page to collect preferred services, dates, times, and booking details, then manage requests in the site dashboard. When a one-to-one appointment is canceled, SlotPilot checks current bookable availability for a matching service, time, duration, and location. It flags an eligible request and notifies the site owner to review the opening. Confirm availability in your booking calendar before following up. Free includes up to five new waitlist requests per site each UTC calendar month. Growth removes the monthly cap and lets an owner send one reviewed invitation to a customer who opted in. Scale adds sequential invitations to eligible opted-in customers, a two-hour booking window, and an availability check before the next invitation. SlotPilot never reserves or books appointments; customers book through your booking page. Requests are scheduled for deletion 90 days after completion or expiration, and site owners can delete them sooner.
