Booking Ready helps reception teams review bookings, memberships, intake forms and waivers before a session. See today's appointments and classes with one participant, and review the requirements configured for each service in one dashboard. Find a booking by customer name or ID, filter READY / NOT READY and use your business time zone. Check the membership applied to a booking and the status of required forms or waivers. Set rules per service. Available in English and Spanish. If a requirement or membership link cannot be verified, the booking stays NOT READY and requires manual review. READY reflects configured checks at query time; it does not authorize entry or assess a document's legal validity. The app does not perform check-in or modify bookings, plans or forms. It saves service rules without creating permanent copies of customer records. 15-day free trial, then a paid subscription. Review pricing and renewal before starting.
