Recurring Appointment Self Service lets signed-in customers create, change, and cancel their own recurring appointment series on a Bookings service page. Customers can manage their recurring bookings without staff handling every change. When a staff member opens the Bookings Booking List, the app rechecks active recurring series against the current Calendar—even if the customer has not reopened the series. If a later calendar change creates a conflict, the Booking List shows that recurring series needs attention. When current Calendar data is clear, it shows "All recurring series are clear"; if data cannot be fully verified, it shows "Unable to verify recurring series" instead of claiming that everything is clear. The app rechecks availability before each occurrence, verifies created appointments by read-back, and keeps each series member-owned. For online-payment services, verified appointment items are handed to the site's native cart and checkout, while payment stays with the platform. The free plan supports one selected service; Pro supports additional services.
