After an approved order, it records one tenant-isolated inventory transaction, prevents duplicate delivery from reducing stock twice, and marks mapped Menu Items unavailable when a configured threshold is reached. Operators maintain ingredients and Menu Item recipes, then use a controlled restoration for an approved-order event.
