Argentaria keeps your business accounts and their movements in one dashboard inside your own site. Add your bank accounts, cash box and business cards with an opening balance, and see the current balance of each one and the money that came in and went out this month. Bring in movements by importing your bank statement as a CSV file, by adding them by hand, or by importing the payments your site already received, which arrive matched to their order. Every movement can be categorized and exported. Reconciliation compares each pending movement with your recorded payments, open invoices and expenses by amount and date, and suggests the most likely match so you can confirm it with one click or choose another. A report lists what does not add up: deposits without a payment, payments without a deposit and paid orders that never reached an account. Payment links let you charge for anything, such as a deposit or a balance due. Your client pays in your site's checkout with the payment providers you already connected, and you can see every payment received. Argentaria installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
