A small shop that closes on Sundays or for a holiday week still receives orders on those days, and then has to explain a late delivery or cancel them. Turning the whole store off and on again by hand is easy to forget. This app adds a page to your dashboard where you tick the weekdays you are closed and pick single dates, such as a holiday or a trip. On a closed day the cart shows a notice, and checkout stops the order with a sentence that names the day you reopen. You can add a short note in English and Japanese, and one switch turns it all off while keeping your days. The day is decided in your site's time zone, not the customer's, so a customer abroad sees the same closed day as your shop. The page shows today's date in that zone and whether checkout is open now. If the settings or the time zone cannot be read, checkout stays open. The app keeps one row of settings in your site's data: the closed weekdays, the dates and your notes. It reads your site's time zone. Checkout calls it through the Manage eCommerce permission; it does not change carts, orders or products. No customer or order data is kept. The screens are in English and Japanese, light or dark.
