Shipping one order means five tabs: find it, check what's in it, guess a box, buy a label somewhere else, then paste the tracking number back. Packbench puts all of that on one bench. Start from the queue of orders waiting to ship. Scan or confirm each item, and let Packbench suggest packaging from your saved boxes and your real product measurements — including multi-parcel plans you can edit. Compare prices across PostNord, Posten/Bring and Shipmondo for the same parcel, buy the label, and the order is fulfilled with its tracking number attached. Nothing is copied between systems. After the parcel leaves, Packbench keeps watching it. Delivery monitoring checks live parcels on a schedule and flags anything that misses its delivery estimate or stops moving, so you hear about a stuck parcel from your dashboard, not from the customer. Delayed parcels collect in one Needs attention view, with the bookings that need a second look. Test mode is on by default, so you can run the whole flow before spending anything. Optional checkout rates for PostNord and Posten/Bring can be switched on separately when you want shoppers to see live prices and pickup points.
