Happy customers rarely think to leave a review. ReviewLoop asks for you, at the right moment, every time. When an appointment ends or a store order is placed, ReviewLoop schedules a friendly email a few hours or days later (you choose when). The customer taps the button, rates their visit on your site in seconds, and is then invited to share their experience on Google. Every customer is invited to Google, whatever their rating, so you stay within Google's review rules while building a rating people trust. You see every rating and comment in your dashboard, so you can follow up on anything that went wrong. Reviews customers agree to publish appear in the Review Showcase widget: a grid, carousel, list or compact rating badge that matches your site's fonts and colours. Approve each review yourself, or let 4- and 5-star reviews go live automatically. Works with Bookings and Stores. Emails are sent through Automations, so you can edit the wording and design. Cancelled bookings never get a review email.
