I submitted only one ticket to add products to my website. They published the changes without my approval, without the job even being finished so it was live on my website for everyone to see. It was a terrible experience with a lot of back and forth. I requested a refund because I don't trust this company with anything public facing like a website or social media and they're refusing to let me out of the contract even though I haven't done anything with them yet. SCAM...
