Faisceau Cadet Vaudois et Valaisan: Complete design, architecture and development of a highly customized event management platform for a cantonal youth organization. Designed and implemented a complete digital ecosystem enabling the organization to manage public activities, registrations, participant data, online payments, communications, reporting and administration through a single platform. The solution features configurable registration workflows for individual, group and paid events, a Stripe Connect marketplace integration supporting TWINT and credit card payments, CRM synchronization, automated email notifications, dynamic document generation (Excel, Word and PDF), custom CMS architecture, secure backend APIs, webhook processing and fully automated business workflows. A comprehensive role-based administration system allows responsibilities to be safely delegated to local volunteer leaders with no web development knowledge. Content management, event creation and participant administration can be performed independently while ensuring that each user only has access to the data and functions relevant to their role. Built with extensive Wix Velo development and several thousand lines of custom JavaScript code, the platform combines business analysis, solution architecture, UX design, process automation and systems integration to replace numerous manual administrative tasks with a scalable, secure and maintainable digital solution.

BOBST - GRAND-PRE: Complete architecture, design and development of a fully integrated digital platform for a corporate restaurant and catering service. Designed and implemented a comprehensive digital ecosystem enabling employees and visitors to access daily menus, restaurant services and corporate catering information through a modern, responsive website. Beyond the public website, the platform includes a sophisticated content management system allowing restaurant staff to independently manage multilingual menus, daily specials, service lines, pricing, allergens, dietary information and promotional content without requiring technical knowledge. The solution features advanced business workflows, multilingual content management, automated menu publication scheduling, dynamic menu presentation, role-based administration, search engine optimisation and an extensive custom CMS architecture. Dedicated administration tools simplify menu planning while ensuring consistency, reducing manual effort and allowing operational teams to remain fully autonomous. A key innovation of the project is the seamless integration between the website and the restaurant's digital signage infrastructure. Raspberry Pi devices connected to multiple information screens retrieve live data directly from the central CMS, while dedicated Stream Deck consoles provide staff with a simple one-touch interface to instantly update menu availability and sold-out status. All communication channels, including the public website, digital displays and internal information systems, remain synchronised in real time from a single source of truth. Built with extensive Wix Velo development, custom backend APIs, advanced CMS modelling and connected IoT devices, the platform combines business analysis, user experience design, workflow optimisation, automation and hardware integration to deliver a scalable, maintainable and highly efficient operational solution. BOBST - GRAND-PRE
Human-Centricity: Complete design and development of the Human-Centricity corporate website and the Captain Courage digital experience. Designed and implemented the company's public website, combining corporate communication, service presentation and content management within a modern, responsive and scalable architecture. The project also includes a dedicated one-page experience for Captain Courage, an open-source serious game designed to help people identify their fears, clarify challenges and turn intentions into concrete actions. Built with Wix Studio, the page combines advanced visual storytelling, responsive design, interactive navigation and carefully crafted user experience to present the game in an engaging and accessible way. The solution leverages the full capabilities of Wix Studio, including custom layouts, responsive breakpoints, animations, CMS integration and reusable design components, resulting in a highly polished and maintainable digital experience. Particular attention was given to clarity, accessibility and user engagement, ensuring that complex concepts are presented through an intuitive and visually compelling experience.

Bonita 2025: Complete design and development of a bilingual corporate website for an international consulting business. Designed and implemented a modern, responsive website showcasing the company's services, expertise and thought leadership through a bilingual content strategy in French and English. The solution includes a fully integrated blog, multilingual content management, search engine optimization, custom branding, responsive design and a user-friendly content management system allowing the client to publish and maintain content independently. The project also involved the complete setup of the digital infrastructure, including domain name registration, secure business email configuration, DNS management and implementation of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) to ensure secure and reliable communications.

Business-specific workflows eliminate repetitive administrative tasks while ensuring a consistent experience for both participants and administrators. A user-friendly administration interface enables non-technical staff to manage training sessions, content, participants and communications independently, without requiring web development skills. The platform combines role-based access control, custom CMS architecture, backend APIs and extensive business automation to provide a secure and scalable operational environment.
