This website was built for the Sevier County Coalition for Addiction Recovery and Education Services (Sevier County C.A.R.E.S.), who needed a complete redesign and upgrade from their outdated WordPress site. This website carries a powerful story. It was the dream of Roger Michael Teague, who passed away in April 2023.
