JD misrepresented his abilities before I hired him, promising to build and manage my website, handle uploads, updates, and ongoing support. After payment, support was inconsistent or absent. I had to chase him for basic help; requests to upload photos/videos were ignored or delayed. He told me to use YouTube tutorials. Communication was poor, deliverables didn’t match promises, and I lost money, time, and business momentum. I felt taken advantage of as a customer....

I completelly redesigned her 9 pages site, added about 20 products and set he local seo,, and gave them a break on the price, cause of thier say story, when they wanted more, I said there would be a fee, and they slam me with a bad feedback...not cool at all!...
