Cissbury Barns: The client wanted a website designed to replace their old and out of date wordpress site. I used their existing brand style to create a website that showcases their beautiful wedding venue. The new website is performing very well and the bookings are coming thick and fast!

Charter Walk: Charter Walk are a high end bespoke kitchen company that have a reputation for innovative design and high quality craftsmanship. They initially got in touch with me for some Instagram training although it became very apparent that they needed a full overhaul with their online presence. Their website, whilst functional and ranking on Google well had visitor numbers of around 20 per day but they had a bounce rate of around 80%. This meant that 16 of the 20 visitors per day were landing on the website and leaving very promptly. What this told me was that their website was not communicating the right message or brand to the right people. It was also a bit dated looking, very masculine, not easy to navigate and not aligned with their brand. Once we had agreed that a new website was in order we discussed who their target audience was and did a profiling exercise to ensure that the new online look and feel was going to appeal to those people. During this process we decided that a full rebrand wasn't necessary, more of a brand refresh. We would keep their logo the same whilst updating the feel of the brand through softening the colour palette, changing some of the fonts, using more aspirational images and finally a MUCH more user friendly navigation on the website.

Freeform: This client wanted a brand style and logo created to represent their new business. I then designed a website to fit the brand. To keep costs down the client provided the copy and I edited to suit the layout and SEO.

Victorian Dreams: After doing some social media training with Shabs, the owner of Victorian Dreams, she asked me to build her a new ecommerce site. Her existing site was dated, didn't look great on mobile view and couldn't integrate with Facebook and Instagram shops. We created a new brand style that is modern but still traditional and in keeping with her amazing business sourcing, restoring and selling antique beds and period furniture. The thing I love most about Victorian Dreams is the option to have the bed finished in any colour or fabric - I LOVE interiors and bespoke design and so this is a dream client for me!

Susie is professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. She was full of ideas for our website refresh but really listened to what I needed and wanted. She made the effort to come and visit our shop and spent time understanding our ethos etc. Her ability to work on the SEO for us in invaluable as I haven't got a clue. Susie explained what needed to be done and why. We recently had our Facebook page hacked and Susie has (and still is) worked to link everything back up for us. Throughout the whole process Susie has been communicative and given regular updates. A great experience and lovely results. Thank you!...

Susie was great. I had a clear idea of what I wanted from my logo, I just needed someone to design it for me. Susie responded quickly and I had my logo the same day. Would definitely recommend....

It was very quick, easy, great communication and professionally done. More than happy with the result. I hired Susie (Hello Social Media) to revamp my voluntary organisation's website (www.thesanctuaryangels.com). From the outset, I was impressed by Susie's amazing communication skills and enthusiasm. She also offered me a really competitive price. So, we went ahead. Working with Susie was nothing short of an absolute joy. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and it felt like she really enjoyed what she was doing for us. As we worked through the final amends together, she was also really quick to respond, and within a few days of her starting work on our website, it was all done. The finished result is truly stunning, and it exceeded all my expectations of what could be done with a really jaded website.
