They never addressed my problem; rather than help my problem, developed their own ideas, resulting in my original request/help not being completed. Now they want more money as it will require "coding." This should have been brought up on day 1, rather than waiting to the end and now want more sales/time...

We delivered everything on day one, but nearly a month passed with no usable product or clear communication. Emails went unanswered. We’ve ended the relationship. Nonprofits: ask hard questions early. Promises are easy—delivery matters. The salesman talked a good game, but the Zoek team couldn’t deliver....
