Sunrise Coding went above and beyond to help me fulfill a very custom project with velo code. Not only did he make the custom webhook work, he was willing to go a step further and find an even better solution for long term instead of just putting a band aide on it, which is what I asked for. I really appreciate how quickly he responded and how quickly he got the job done, the right way. Sunrise Coding, specifically Cody Teagardin, claimed he would complete my project specifications in a matter of 2 days. It is going on 5 months and the project is still not complete. Not only has the initial project gone incomplete, but an additional project, which he claimed could be done together with the initial project, was not even started, and he refuses to return payment.
Throughout the course of our communication, Sunrise/Cody consistently set and failed to meet his own timetables/deadlines. Then, when they weren't met, there was no communication. I was forced to continuously follow up to inquire about the status, why the work was not completed, etc., etc. There were never any explanations, only progressive stalling and new self-given timelines that were never satisfied.
Not only has Sunrise/Cody taken my money, but I am left with an incomplete website and out of time to meet my own deadlines. I am beyond disappointed. The entire experience was a disaster and I not only would never recommend Sunrise/Cody, but warn anyone who would even consider contracting Sunrise/Cody's services....
