Although they were knowledgeable about Wix and the website turned out nice, the communication on the project was not good. I had to reach out to them a couple times after the expected delivery date passed and when waiting for revisions. Also, after some adjustments were made on the site, I felt rushed to wrap up. ...

My name is Iosif and I’m a personal trainer with a small budget but wanted to create an elegant website. I mainly worked with Michael, Monique and Cameron and I have to say they did a phenomenal job on my website! I was a picky, meticulous, and annoying client frankly and they accommodated every detail. As a personal trainer the aesthetic was important to me as well as functionality and again both they made sure to optimize everything as well as give me constructive input that only made it better and on top of all that reasonably priced! I plan to work with them in the future!...

I found Michael Couper through Wix. He responded within hours to my request for help solving a problem with my Website. He is the first person I worked with over the years with who I felt confident and trusting within minutes of our first talk. He understood my problem and clearly stated his solution, the amount of time he expected the resolution to take, and the cost of his service. On a personal level, he is very easy to work with and has tremendous patience. He certainly needed that to work with me. I will be working more with CCS in the future and have no questions about recommending them....

I am infinitely glad that I was able to find CCS Interactive through Wix. CCS' Michael Couper was just incredibly thoughtful and helpful with a particularly thorny and increasingly confounding issue I was having with a website DNS transfer and an email migration. He was an incredibly good listener and really sought to understand not just the immediate thing I needed done but he understood *why*. This was incredibly helpful because it allowed him to ask questions that I would not have otherwise considered. I now have the precise email and website setup that I needed to launch a sub-brand of my business and I feel about a thousand times more confident that things are really going to work well. I am typically pretty tech-savvy, and my software-engineer husband is often as much help as I need to seek but I am so grateful I reached out to CCS - they really know their stuff, their pricing is reasonable and they are very transparent about how much time things will take - and also if they may take longer than expected as it did in my particularly thorny case. I didn't mind one bit paying for this service - it was worth its weight in gold and I feel incredibly fortunate that I now know who to call upon for help with such things....
