I paid for services to be done on my website on Monday the 28th. We had an appointment on Tuesday to go over the changes made. I text him to call at 12:00, he did and said he didn't have time to make changes, and we rescheduled for Wednesday at 12:00 again. I Called and texted him and got no response. An hour and a half has gone by and Johnny! Absolutely no work has been done my website. This is uncalled for from a rep. on Wix. I Disputed the charge. I just can't believe this happened.

Hey Tc,
It is stand practice for small task projects to take the 2 hours of payment up front in order to start the work. The timeline from the start Sunday was pushed back as you did not submit the payment until the following evening. Work can not be preformed on a service request without payment. This was explained on the call the following day. We also agreed to not have this be a quick immediate turn around. I attempted to call you once I was available an hour later. We appreciate your feedback and apologize we could not meet your needs on a quicker turn around. ...
