Engage at your discretion. Communication is very poor, have to keep repeating the same thing even for the simplest thing; email.
I've got the whole Whatsapp chat log if you would to have a reference.
PS: I'm not looking for any form of service recovery, just want to provide transparent feedback to other clients....

I had an amazing time working with EJ who helped built a website for my business. He is knowledgeable, patient and an absolute delight to partner with. I provided the rough concept and reference on how I wanted my website to be like and he just took it over from there. We also had various meetings online along the way just to finalize the concept, color, font and stuffs.

Singh is truly a nice, knowledgable, and accommodating guy. I had two websites, one in English and one in Portuguese, and he managed both, with a smile, at the same time. I was very pleased with the fact that he was able to build a site in a language he did not know.
